This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between MigraHosting (“Company”) and you (“Client”). By using our services, you agree to comply with the following conditions:
1. Services
We provide hosting, domains, email, SSL, and related services. Services are “as is” and subject to availability.
2. Billing
- All invoices must be paid before renewal dates.
- Unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination.
- Domains are final and non-refundable.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for spamming, phishing, illegal content, or excessive server abuse.
4. Liability
MigraHosting is not responsible for downtime, data loss, or indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to 30 days of service fees.
Privacy Policy
MigraHosting respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Information We Collect
- Name, email, billing details.
- Payment data (processed securely; we don’t store card numbers).
- Usage logs, IP, device/browser info.
2. Data Use
- To deliver hosting and domain services.
- To process payments and renewals.
- To prevent fraud and security threats.
3. Sharing
We only share data with registries, payment providers, or law enforcement if legally required.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
MigraHosting offers fair refund terms to protect both customers and the company.
1. 30-Day Guarantee
Hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding domains, SSL, VPS, and dedicated servers).
2. Non-Refundable
- Domain registrations and renewals.
- SSL certificates (once issued).
- Setup or admin fees.
3. Cancellation Process
Services can be canceled anytime via the client portal. Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–14 days.
